   Hi,looking for a ten mile race in this area but is this race just for clun runners? My wife and i are just joggers and dont want to compete in a championship race,thank you

   Hi Phil, I don’t think you have to be a member of a club to enter this event, but I would advise giving the event organiser a call to confirm. They might have a cut off time. Which area of North Wales are you looking for events in, as there are some great 5 and 10 k events coming up in the Bangor Caernarfon and Holyhead area in the next couple of months. Kevin

   I too am trying to find out the same info as Phil. I am looking at running the 10 miles in approx. 1:20-1:25 is this ok or too slow. And as a casual runner am I ok to run with headphones

     Hi, this event isn’t ours, we are have just added it to our list of upcoming events. Your time should be fine, most races don’t allow head phones for safety. Pleae contact the organiser on the entry form for further info, sorry can’t be more helpful Kev
