While some club members were doing what most would class fairly long races at the weekend, one of our runners Ian Ferguson decided that he fancied something a little more challenging and so competed in the Escape from Meriden 36 hour chained event. They manged 105 miles and as a chained pair got 60 miles away from Meriden, in horrendous weather conditions but unfortunately had to pull out at 5:30 am on the Sunday morning. Thant is still some going, well done Ian
